Return Policy

Due to the exclusive, limited-batch nature of our monthly drops, we operate a strict NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, and NO EXCHANGES policy. In the rare event that you receive a defective item or an incorrect size/design due to our error, you must contact customer support via email within 48 hours of delivery with order number, video of the unboxing and item for review. Please note that any order complaint missing any of these details will not be considered.
